Hello, I’m Lindsey!

My path to discovering photography was not a linear one. It became realized a little later in my life. After working for a seeing eye dog school, I found myself paying more attention to the nuances in life, and began to appreciate it's subtleties more than I had before. I’m inspired by cinematic lighting and rich color palettes that resemble the organic nature of analog, and am interested in environments that are not tethered to a particular time. Whatever the subject, I aim to uncover painterly compositions in mundane scenes and to make “everyday” luminous…to highlight a side of the ordinary that borders on the sublime.
