Hello, I’m Lindsey!

My path to discovering photography was not a linear one. It became realized a little later when I began embracing creativity in a space in between. After working for a seeing eye dog school, I found myself paying more attention to the nuances in life, and began to appreciate it's subtleties. I’m inspired by cinematic lighting and rich color palettes that resemble the organic nature of analog, and am interested in environments that are not tethered to a particular time. Whatever the subject, I aim to uncover painterly compositions in mundane scenes and to make “everyday” luminous…to highlight a side of the ordinary that borders on the sublime.
